What’s causing you to seek counselling now, and how did you hear about me?
Do you have an idea of how often you would like to work together?
Are you wanting to work in-person or online, or are you open to either?
If you decide to book with me after our consultation, I will need a preferred email address to send the appointment confirmation to. This is important as in the same email there will be a link to an intake and consent form (via my secure clinical software) that I ask you to fill out anytime after booking, but at least by the day before our first session. This allows me to come to our session knowing more about you from the get-go!
I provide direct billing to ICBC and many other third-party insurance providers via Telus Health. Please inquire for more information.
